Searches, filters and gear checklist checks stay in page memory until the page is reloaded. The activity notebook writes records to this browser’s local storage only when you save or delete a session. Loading a notebook reads that saved copy.

Your session fields

The saved record includes dates, titles, activity types, completion status, optional duration, activity names, sets, reps, load units, setup and notes. These are ordinary activity records. Avoid entering sensitive medical details you do not want stored on the device.

Downloads and deletion

Download creates a text file on your device; Print uses your browser’s print controls. Those copies remain separate from local storage. Delete in the notebook removes the chosen saved session. Clearing the draft does not delete saved records. Clearing this site’s browser storage removes the saved notebook, but cannot remove an exported file.

External links and hosting

Our tools do not send your notebook records to us or to a provider. Product links include publication and page UTM parameters; they do not include your notebook entries. External websites have their own privacy practices. Hosting services may process ordinary request data required to deliver and secure the site.

Editorial email

Messages sent to contact@nextchapterstrength.com reach the domain’s editorial inbox through EmailBump for receiving and replies. The desk uses the message and addressing information to handle your request. The contact page does not submit notebook records.

There is no newsletter enrollment or reader account. Sending an editorial message does not subscribe you to marketing.
